Elected Officials

Tom DiMaggio is a Lyndhurst legend.  Inducted into the Lyndhurst High School Hall of Fame in 1987, Tom DiMaggio has given the Department of Parks and Recreation a new level of commitment and enthusiasm reflected in the smiling faces of the kids he serves.  Commissioner DiMaggio has also brought to the Parks and Recreation Department his management skills as business owner who employs over 20 people.  Gone are summers when High School students were being hired to supervise children only a few years younger than themselves.  Today there are Certified Teachers are on staff. Commissioner DiMaggio has also upgraded the quality of services provided to parents and students while holding the line on his budget.
