The Woman's Club of Lyndhurst is a member of the General Federation of Woman's Club and the New Jersey State Federation of Woman's Clubs.  

The month of April is designated as: CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION MONTH all over the world. We are planting this pinwheel garden as the national symbol for CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION.  They symbolize a HAPPY, HEALTHY CHILDHOOD.  These gardens can help remind ourselves and the community about our commitment to PREVENT CHILD ABUSE.

We hope that everyone who reads this will follow our lead and put a pinwheel in your front garden to make people aware of preventing child abuse.
