We would like to provide clarification regarding the water bills issued in November2024, February 2025 and May 2025. Please be advised that these bills were based on estimated reading, not actual meter data.

The Township is currently in the process of replacing all water meters throughout the community. You will continue receiving estimated bills until your water meter is replaced.  

For those property owners who already had their new water meter installed, this 3rd quarter 2025 bill was based on an actual reading. As a result, you may have received a credit or may have had to make an additional payment to adjust for previous estimated usage.

Please Note No Extra Sewer chargers have been applied due to the estimated reading.
