The Lyndhurst Veterans Alliance, under the auspices of the Township of Lyndhurst, will be sponsoring their annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25, 2026.  Festivities will begin with a pre-parade solemn ceremony in Lyndhurst Town Hall Park at 10:30 AM, with a 10:15 AM assembly for those taking part in the program.
 
All organizations wishing to march in the parade must fill out the Participation Request attached and register with the Parks Department at 250 Cleveland Avenue, or email jessicar@lyndhurstnj.org no later than Tuesday, May 12th. 
 
Any participants intending to display a float in the parade should indicate on the Request form.  NOTE: neither your vehicle nor your float should exceed 10 feet in height (including back drop).
 
The Parade will begin immediately following the ceremony.  Parade line-up will be along Delafield Avenue.  Parade spotters will be on hand to get organizations on their mark.  The parade route will be Delafield Avenue, right turn onto Second Avenue, right turn onto Ridge Road, right turn onto Valley Brook Avenue, concluding at Town Hall.
