The Department of Revenue and Finance is seeking a responsible and professional individual to join our Finance Department. The position of the clerk will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily deposits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with tax processing and mailing of water bills.
- Monitor and update the township's website with relevant financial and public information.
- Provide bilingual support in Spanish to facilitate communication and better serve the community.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the department.
