Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee(s), activities, after care and
equipment/clothing must be made prior to the first day of the Lyndhurst Summer Day
Camp. Due to limited space in each of the three camp age groups, we cannot ensure
your child's place within the camp until we have received payment.
Online registration begins on April 15, 2008. Cancellations and requests for a refund
must be made directly to the Lyndhurst Parks and Recreation office by calling, (201)
804-2482 during regular business hours. Cancellations received on or before June
1, 2008 are entitled to a full refund. Due to the fact that most trips and activities
are being paid for in advance Cancellations received between June 2, 2008 and June
30, 2008, are entitled to a refund minus a $50 processing fee. After July 1, 2008,
there will be no refunds award unless for extenuating circumstances.
