Lyndhurst Adult Services, under the Lyndhurst Parks Department,  is a DDD/Medicaid approved program providing day habilitation services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are located at 420 Fern Ave., 1st Floor, Lyndhurst NJ  07071.
